Adobe Errors
Code 1
There is a problem signing in at Adobe. Check your credentials and try again.
Try re-entering your credentials.
Code 2
Your username or password are invalid at Adobe. Check your credentials and try again.
This error can occur if you have a previous registration with Adobe and have not entered the same credentials. See
this link for more information.
Code 3
Adobe has indicated that your selected country can not use their DRM.
Code 4
Your username is not a valid email address. Check your credentials and try again.
Make sure you have entered your email address correctly.
Code 5
One of your entries (element) is invalid. Check your credentials and try again.
Make sure you have entered your email address correctly.
Code 6
One of your entries (attribute) is invalid. Check your credentials and try again.
Make sure you have entered your email address correctly.
Code 7
Adobe internal error
Try again later.
Code 8
Adobe generic error
Try again later.
Code 9
Network connection error. Please try again. (The server at Adobe timed out.)
Make sure you have an active Internet connection. The Adobe server may have temporarily timed out. Try again.
Code 10
Network connection error. Please try again.( The server at enTourage Systems Inc. timed out.)
Make sure you have an active Internet connection. The enTourage Systems server may have temporarily timed out. Try again.
Entourage Server Errors
Code 20
Both first name and last name must be specified
You must enter both your first name and last name.
Code 21
Email address must be specified. Make sure you include the @.domain in your email address.
You must enter an email address.
Code 22
Password must be specified
You must enter a valid password.
Code 23
Invalid email address
Make sure you have entered your email address correctly. Remember to include the @.domain in your email address.
Code 24
Password must contain at least six characters
Check the password. You may need to turn on Show Password as you enter the value.
Code 25
Your password can not be the same as your email address
Enter a password that is different from your email address.
Code 27
An account already exists with this email but the password that you entered does not match
Log on to
www.entourageedge.com
and make sure you are using the correct password. Then re-enter your username and password correctly.
Device Registration Errors
Code 41
Your user account password is incorrect. Please ensure your password is correct and try again.
Code 42
This device is already registered to another user and cannot be registered again until it is designated as Transferrable.
Case 1: If you are giving your device to another user, you must make the device transferable. See Knowledge Base article

Case 2: Select the Shopping Cart icon on the bottom left of the tablet screen. On the top right of the enTourage eDGe bookstore webpage, check the email address to which the device is registered. Make sure this is correct. If not, please log on to entourageedge.com with the INCORRECT email address and make the device transferable. Then re-register with the correct information.
Code 43
This device is transmitting bad data. Please try again.
Check for a software update. See the
knowledge base
for more information on how to update software.
Code 44
An unexpected server error has occurred. Please try again.
Turn off the wireless switch. Wait for 60 seconds. Switch it back on. Re-connect to your wireless router and try again.
Code 45
An unexpected device error has occurred. Please try again.
Try again later. If this problem persists, re-boot the device. If you still have the problem, try connecting to a different wireless network and try again.
Code 46
Network connection error. Please try again.
Turn off the wireless switch. Wait for 60 seconds. Switch it back on. Re-connect to your wireless router and try again.
NOTE: The Pocket eDGe does not have a WiFi Switch. To turn off WiFi on the Pocket eDGe, go to Network Controls then select the checkmark next to Wi-Fi to turn off the connection.
Adobe DRM Errors
Code 60
Your Adobe DRM ID or password are invalid.
Code 61
Your date, time or timezone is not set properly. Please update your time settings and retry.
Code 62
You have already fulfilled this content using another Adobe account.
Code 63
You are not licensed to view this Adobe content.
Code 64
DNS resolving to an IP address has timed out. Please check your internet connection and try again.
Code 65
The Adobe ACSM file is corrupt. Please try again.
Code 66
This device is not activated with Adobe. Your must register before you can proceed.
Code 67
You have reached the maximum number of 6 activations with this Adobe ID. Please use a different Adobe ID to activate this device.x
You can only register your enTourage eDGe with your Adobe account six times. You must create a new Adobe account if you exceed that number.
Code 68
There were issues downloading the content from the network.
Code 69
Network connection error. Please try again . (Timeout error from Adobe)
Code 70
Network connection error. Please try again. (Timeout error from enTourage Systems Inc.)
Code 79
Unknown Adobe DRM error
Code 80
Network Connection Error. Please try again.
Software Update Errors
Code 101
The software update has failed due to a network connection problem. Check your network settings and try again.
Make sure you have a valid Internet connection. Navigate to a website you have not visited. If you have a valid connection but this problem persists, you must use a different wireless network.
Code 102
The update service encountered an error. Please try again later.
Open Network controls then select the checkmark next to "Wi-Fi" to turn off the connection. Wait for 60 seconds. Turn it back on. Re-connect to your wireless router and try again.
